Return policy:

• No returns on used gear, refurbs or blowouts.
• Items received defective or incorrect upon arrival must be reported by phone or email within 2 days of receipt for a free of charge pick up and replacment.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways for any approved returns
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• To receive approval for a return you must call or email with explanation for return and wait for approval and a RA number.
• All materials must be returned within 14 days for credit against future purchases.
• Product must be in new condition in original cartons with all original packing, warranty card and manuals.
• No credit will be issued until item is returned and inspected for condition and contents.
