- 48 hours when ground We do not guarantee day specific deliveries
for we do not currently own any shipping companies. We work hard to
supply our customers with approximate arrival dates but nothing is
guaranteed. We will not refund shipping under any circumstances.

We use UPS Ground for all shipping
- Customers are instructed to
contact UPS direct at 1-800-PICKUPS when an item is received damaged in
shipping and file a damage claim.
- UPS working days are Mon - Fri. Packages will not move on Sat, Sun or holidays
